Amplifying Voices: L.A. Women Creators Summit

I led an immersive L.A. experience for women creators & creatives in beauty and wellness that featured impact-focused panels, fireside chats, brand demos, and networking opportunities. The event amplified authentic voices, sparked collaboration, and gave women a platform to inspire and connect with others in the community.

The Challenge

As Head of US Creators & Content at Paris-based influencer marketing agency Octoly, I wanted to go beyond traditional brand-influencer activations. The goal was to create a meaningful experience for women creatives in L.A., fostering authentic connections, knowledge-sharing, and empowerment. We needed an event that combined inspiration, education, and community, while also highlighting collaborations with leading beauty and wellness brands.

The Solution

We designed a Santa Monica-based event specifically for women creators and creatives.

The program included:

  • Fireside chats & panels featuring trailblazing women leaders, including Serena Saitas from Crash the Glass, Rebecca Alexander from Socialyte, and top marketing and beauty experts. These discussions explored entrepreneurship, innovation, and how women are shaping culture and business.

  • Interactive brand activations including demos, gifting stations, and pop-up installations from partners like Diptique, Clarins, Make Up For Ever, and MVMT.

  • Networking opportunities to connect women creators with each other, fostering collaboration and community-building.

This approach positioned the event as more than a typical influencer gathering. It became a space where women could learn, be inspired, and build meaningful relationships.

The Impact

The event successfully engaged both creators and brands while amplifying women-led voices in the beauty and wellness space:

  • 880K social interactions across Instagram and other platforms

  • 518 Instagram Stories shared by attendees

  • 102 average mentions per brand partner

  • Strengthened authentic connections between local women creators and top beauty and wellness brands, laying the foundation for long-term collaborations and community impact
